Michael Lewis wrote an eceptional book way back on the S&L and junk bond collapse, Liars Poker. Above all else it was very understandable to the lay person. One thing you learn is that the con is always in play or is being hatched so go against the trend. It should be obvious to us all the the real estate con is nowhere near completion.
